Eating out can be a challenge for those with health and wellness goals.  Restaurants focus on making food as tasty as possible typically without regard to health or calorie content. Health conscious people often need to be healthy food detectives when eating out.  However, this is not a reason to not eat out.  Eating out has many benefits, including social benefits, and avoiding getting stuck in the food rut that can happen when you cook at home.  So instead of telling you not to eat out, we are letting you know your healthiest options at our local restaurants.
